Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and impactful STEM lessons, workshops, and projects both in classroom.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, experimentation, and collaboration among students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including hands-on experiments, demonstrations, group discussions, and project-based learning, to enhance understanding and retention of STEM concepts.
- Incorporate real-world applications and industry connections to demonstrate the practical relevance of STEM subjects.
- Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement and achievement.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to coordinate cross-disciplinary activities and promote interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on advancements in STEM education.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner to students of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Creativity and adaptability in developing engaging learning materials and activities.
- Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes, including virtual learning platforms, multimedia resources, and educational software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
